(1) The work, duties and powers of the Committee shall be as follows:—
(a) To do the work related to the operation and management of the Secretariat,
(b) Determining the annual budget of the Federal Parliament and the Secretariat (c) Determining the rank of employees in the service of the Federal Parliament,
(D) To work on the development of skills and facilities of the secretariat employees,
(e) To determine the policy regarding the physical construction and improvement of the Federal Parliament,
(f) To maintain coordination and harmony between the committees of the Federal Parliament (g) To do the necessary work to improve the efficiency and capacity of the member,
(h) Coordinate with the Government of Nepal to prepare the annual agenda of the Federal Parliament and the Committees of the Federal Parliament and make and implement the short-term and long-term plans of the Federal Parliament and the Secretariat.
(2) Other work, duties and rights of the committee shall be as prescribed.
(3) The procedure for the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
